This story is refreshingly different from the norm. The story line is intriguing, even though the sharks reminds me of a movie I saw awhile back. No biggie. Also, you did a great job introducing the characters and environment. I loved how you had Inu scared shitless. That was so funny. You have us feeling sympathy for Kag's right off the bat. Everyone seems to be in character and I like the dynamics you have put into play. Your descriptions are well done.

I am surprised that your previous reviewers, particularly the articulate, did not point out that you have an inordinate amount of errors in which you used incorrect spellings. The words you used were synonyms of the words you had meant to use. Such as, 'rapped' for 'raped', 'stair' for 'stare'. Had it been only a small number, I wouldn't say anything. However, there are so many that it appears intentional, as though you are testing the educational level of the reader, although, I know there could be many reasons. I'm a bit dyslexic myself, seriously. Some difficulties target specific areas. What can you do? You can't fix something if you don't know it's broken. That's one of the benefits of reviews. AFF has a beta readers group if you would like some help. They are real quick in getting chapters back to the author. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/AdultFanFictionBetaReaders/. I usually get mine back within 48 hours, but usually the same day. Oh, and some will also help with tips on general overall writing skills as they beta, if you invite them to do so.

I wouldn't take the time to tell you this if I didn't care for your story or didn't intend to read it. I'm merely trying to help you as an author and me, as well as others, as readers. Your errors are simple and easy to fix. If I had the time and you had the inclination, I'd volunteer to do it for you myself. Since I don't, I recommend the group. They are some really great people and there are quite a few who beta in the Inu category.

All that aside, your story is very intriguing and I look forward to finding out where you will take it. You've got a good mystery going and a lot of room to kick it around. I just love the dimension you've given the characters and know I will enjoy seeing them interact with each other. Ah, your two sharks are sweeties and I love the special relationship they have with Kag's. And, OMG, poisoned water! I hope you don't plan on killing them off. That would just be too sad.

I agree, this fic is different, but that's what I like about it. I'm constantly looking for sess/kag fics that doesn't involve them meeting at work, school, college, etc. Also your story is detailed and you kept mentioning the problem, which I noticed most people forget to do (even me from time to time) And best of all, it's got long chapters and they didn't fall head over heel in love wthin the first 3 paragraphs like I've read with some fics. Your drawing it out and as impatient as I am to see them get together, I'm glad with how this is going to far. Damn you gotta update soon...I just have to read more, I like this story. Write it till it's finished please!
