*Applauds* The only thing I have to say is that I'm anticipating in what's going to happen in later chapters. The way the story is starting just makes me smile, shake my head and think 'Oh, Miroku!' :) Will read more when I'm at the library again. We need more authors, like yourself, who knows how to express their visions and thoughts in written/typing format. xoxo

That was a great story. I loved it. It's hard to find a decent Sess/Mir story that isn't to over the top or badly written. But this was both wonderfully written and very well thought out. I actually wasn't upset with how fast the last chapter moved. It was nice because sometimes it gets old and annoying to read someone's long drawn out chapter on the death of Naroku. Anywho loved it alot :D Great Job.

Since I am finding it rather hard to find anything to complain about in your story, I am ratehr happy that you made one small mistake. It is true that Sesshoumaru holds the fang of heaven, but it is the Tetsaiga that he holds, not the Tetseiga, which belongs to Inuyasha. A small mistake, but many make it since the swords are so close in spelling. Just thought that you'd like to know.

I enjoyed this story very much, but was very disappointed at the last chapter--actually felt a bit cheated. It was very anticlimactic. We were told what happened more than lived it. We didn't live the battle scene with Naraku, nor the bittersweet nights between Miroku and Sesshoumaru. Nor did we live the angst of Miroku's growing worry over his hand. I know it would have been more work, but you had done so well with the rest of the story that this was a bit of a surprise, as though you were in a hurry and didn't feel like writing it. You are a good writer and I feel that you are capable of doing much more with the ending of the story.

But all in all, I enjoyed the fic.

I apologize for not keeping up with my reviews. Sesshoumaru's howl was so sad, I almost cried. And then to have Miroku haunted by the darkness within him. Such angst. Such a horrible effect the mononoke had on Miroku. It was horrible. I found Sesshoumaru's fight against his feelings at the beginning of the story kept him in character. Even when he pondered why humans had to make it so difficult. He really didn't want to say that he loved Miroku. It was so touching when Sesshoumaru laid down beside Miroku while Miroku died that first time and so angsty when Sess stormed off. You carefully grew the characters into fresh feelings of love and kinship. You were able to keep the focus on Sess and Miroku while still involving the other characters. It was a wonderful story well told.

*gasp* It's over? It's over??? It can't beeee!! It feels like I JUST started reading this story!!! *sniff* you are such a good writer, I'm gonna miss the constant updates and alll the fun reader responses and all the yummy goodness between Miroku and Sesshomaru!! You so totally rock! I like the ending... it actually sounded like the narrator at the ending of a tv show... you know, how they go "And as the days passed, peace decended upon the land, and all the nations were happy." Stuff like that. You are such a good writer, you should write more stories for me to read. I love you! and I love your stories! Now I'm gonna go read the WHOLE THING all over again. I like the *tiny* little mini-lemon... you are sooo good to me. *glomp glomp glomp* keep up the good work, I'll keep checking for more new sparkly stories!!
