Great story! I'm a big fan of Sessh/Rin and always enjoy a well written fic about them. I liked the characterization as well, Rin being somewhat meek and quiet but still loving and enjoying life. Sessh is always hard to get spot on, in my opinion, merely because in the manga he's so... Stoic. But I think you did a great job; the tone being... properly subdued. I really enjoyed it.

I love Rin/Sesshomaru stories. I think this one is so beautiful. I really felt for Rin wanting to make Sesshomaru happy and at the same time, feeling sad as to not baring him a child. Not that she didn't want to. I'm glad you touched on the consiquences of differences. Well written, beautifully told. Peace!
