Of course I love your writing, and I thought this was absolutely special. An excellent depiction of the characters, and I really enjoyed how you touched on the solitude and heartache that was left to Kaede when Kikyo passed. Identifying Kagome's grandfather as Kaede's kindred spirit on the other side of the well is very true. Also, I can't wait for your sequal to Beautiful Souls! Thanks for the wonderful work!

Kim, I liked it alot. Its a big change from your other works, and it shows you have many talents! When I read your work, I always wonder how you come up with all this wisdom, because everything you say, be it fiction or not, always makes sense to me. You are only 25, yet you apply this wisdom so that it appeares its actualy comeing out of the mouth of a 61 year old miko! Im amaized once again! Can't wait for more & keep it up big Sis!!

Ok, on to this story...once more you out did your self KIm. i like it, but hey what can i say i'm going to LOVE everything you write. hmmm... not quite sure what to say about this one. interesting look into kaede's life. my only question is are the one shots gonna be in any kind of cronological order? or are you just gonna throw them out there. cant wait for the next one (you are an evil person for not telling us who it will star :P j/k)

Aw!!! That was so sweet! I always though of Kaede the way you showed her in this fic and I think they make such a cute couple. The loved the whole scene under the Goshinboku, how they both had so much history with the tree. I must admit I think that tree if one of my favorite parts of the anime, it's amazing how it holds so much history with so many people. I'm excited about reading more of your work, it always gives me a warm happy feeling.
