i was looking up pictures of rin and sesshoumaru on yahoo, and the picture for one life came up. i searched my fan fiction sites and finally found the story that the picture belongs to. i love it!!! it is well written and the plot is fairly easy to follow. i can't wait for the next chapter!

Finally! :) Anxiously awaiting the next chapter.

Please, please say this has a happy ending? T_T I've been crying my eyes out over the last few chapters, and I'm going crazy with suspense over the next! Shows how good a writer you are, to get me all worked up. ;)

I want you to know that I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw that you had updated... I had all but given up hope of ever reading the ending to the love story, when suddenly -- WHAM! There it is! Chapter 18 is up!!!!!!!!!!! My heart leapt with joy! I have been following One Life since -- when? Spetember, October of 2005, I think. And, to this day, there is not another Sesshoumaru/Rin pairing that even has hope of coming close to this masterpiece. I am so glad that you updated, and this chapter certainly did not disappoint! I must say that I was troubled with the introduction of Takaeda, and began to fear that the story would end with Rin accepting his proposal, and living comfortably, if not happily ever after, while never knowing what became of her love... I am anxiously awaiting the next (and final?) chapter in this saga, and I will continue to wait if I must, even if it takes another sixteen months to complete. Genius should never be rushed!

I've thoroughly enjoyed this story. I have to admit, for the next chapter, I'd like to see a very dramatic confrontation between Rin & Sess. I'd like to see Rin hurl all her anger at him and give him a dose of his own medicine, telling him to go back to his "purebred" bitch who can give him his "purebred" pups. I can't stand to see females who have been wronged get all meek and wishy-washy when it comes to being hurt & betrayed. Rin ought to be a reflection of the coldness and anger Sess gave her. I don't know if I'm making any sense.

Thank Goodness you finally updated. Kudos for the nice summary in the begining of the chapter. This is just tragic. I hope Sesshoumaru and Rin find eath other. Please don't take as long as you did before to update.
