I was so happy that you had updated. ^_^ I had to actually look back through the chapters to see if I had skipped a chapter before I read the sixth one, I didn't want to spoil anything that you had written... and as it turns out, I had read the previous five... it's just like me to forget something like that too. ^_^ Anyway, beautifully written, excellent chapter. And I loved every bit of it. You've done a wonderful job so far, keep it up! ^_^ The holidays and school were hectic for me too. ^_^ Please update soon! This is really well written.
I felt a moment of panic when Sesshomaru started biting his father's head off in one of the previous chapters, it's just like "no, no, no, NO! Shut UP already, you're going to get yourself killed!" But you made it smooth itself over as the story moved on.
Also, I thought you should know, Inuyasha's mother's name is Izayoi, not Hiko. Unless, maybe, you just wanted to invent your own character to play the part.
Anyway, other than that I am really loving this story, so please, please, please, PLEASE update soon!

And for the mother gasping....it's because Inuyasha's eyes were so (this is going to sound cheesy...but) well...hypnotic. Something like that. As for the scent that calmed Sesshoumaru, it's Inuyasha 's scent. Sorry for the mix up. Thanks for the tips....it's was reviews are about right? Later
