i know lots of authors hate it when people beg for them to update. but just so you know, im trying to wait patiently. i love this story, and even though im so curious over whats going to happen, i keep rereading it! your writing is so beautiful and i love your dark plots. please keep writing.

I just got a chance to finish reading this, and WOW it's good so far. Really good. Poor Kagome and Hiei are going through hell. At least we know they eventually get out and they are both strong enough to get over it. I can't wait to see what happens. I hope they slowly and painfully gut that crow. Update soon.

as always i love your story!!!! WOOT hehe. So This is looking like it's leading twords a sad ending, like Kagome's gonna die. WHy is Kouga's mate intent on killing Kagome? logicly she could see that Kagome had nothing to do with what Kouga did i mean come on! It wasn't her fault that Kouga loved her first and his mate was her shadow. Oh well. Maybe Kouga's spirit will give her some light. I am happy though. I can tell it's beginning to come to an end in this part of the story....or so it seems lol the way you write you never know but thats what makes it so much fun!! Well look at me i'm rambling so let me get to the point here. I LOVE YOUR STORIES! and please update soon ^_^

Ok, as far as the other reviewers are concerned - I'm sorry about being wrong about the heat cycle. Yes, I know all females (humans included) go into heat during certain times for certain periods of time. But by males being fertile 100% of the time, I didn't mean when he drinks heavily or when other foriegn man-made substances can prevent him from becoming so (I was talking about animals other than humans). I meant under normal circumstances with the average male. Thought I'd just clear that up. Kay?

Thank you for updating, very good chapter. I was wondering when that crow was going to make his reappearance and what would happen when he did. This plot just keeps getting better and better. Please update soon.

P.S. As far as the authors note goes, yes, I agree. Seems to me that if anyone wants to make a big issue out of terminology or to say that all males of all species are fertile 100% of the time should go back and pay attention in Biology and Zoology 101 before they speak.
