Great chapter, this one sets a darker mood and I love it. Sesshoumaru seems to have turned the insult half-breed into kind of an endearment for Inuyasha. Can't wait until Rin learns to use the Will and the Word. Update soon!

Interesting chapter, very interesting chapter. Loved the INu and Sess scene at the end there. Very well done and unexpected. Did they get posioned or something, is that why they had the bad dreams? The last couple chapters have been well done, and I loved the fight scene. Hehehehe, it was time for some action. Though when is Rin going to show off her new powers? I love how Sessy is getting more and more protective of her, and she's spending as much time with her as he can. Keep up the great work!

Bravo! I love your story. I must confess that i'm a little confused. But after reading it TWICE, i finally have a sense where the story going.(I think) I love the interaction with Sesshomaru and Rin, their so adorable! Too bad, Rin still a child in this story, I would like to see a little romance between them. However, I'm glad to know that older Rin will be Sesshomaru soulmate in the future. Luv your story...please update soon.

Waht did that she-wolf mean to Rin when she said, 'are you ready'? Does she knows about
Rin's powers? Now, what was Sess doing for Inuyasha beside trying to sober him up? Is he telling
Inuyasha in his own way that he forgive him for cutting off his arm? What Inuyasha should have
ask Sess was why did he not protect him when he was a child? That the answer I would love to here
from Sess. By the way Inuyasha should not make Kagome fell as bad as she does telling her secret.
Under the circumstances she had no choice. Update soon.

BRAVO !!! This is an incredible story. Technically, it's flawless. ...When will 'yasha stop whining like a dog...oohh sorry...he IS one ;-)
Plot wise --- Fabulous !
Firstly, this chapter shows a very courageous Sess. His confrontation with InuY hopefully will break that blinding self-degradation Inu puts himself through.
I like the way you portrayed Sess in that he, who has always been proud of his bloodline, now seems to have enlarged that circle to include InuY and THAT must be a very humbling experience for him. He should be a greater Inuyoukai for realizing this and gaining some of that ...(may I say aloud...ok.ok..not too loud)...that familial compassion. This is great for his OWN emotional growth.
Secondly, do you foresee that Rin will get a chance to spread her wings for just a teeny weeny bit from the "emotional sphere" of Sess ? Not too much ...just a wee bit... :-)
I don't know how this Will and Word will play out but hope that she can mature psychologically and believe in herself and HER capabilities and not tie her entire identity solely on his definition and his existence.... But then, her "raison d'etre" started with his reviving her....(ARGHGHHGGHGh..Now you see why I am so torn about this because I am contradicting my reasoning...;0(
You see why I'd never make it as a good writer.
(Now, I certainly don't object having someone like him obsessing over my well-being so I am really torn about this....
I love what you've done so far with this couple and the strengthening of their relationship but like you say about the "equal footing" bit....)

Wow. Intense chapter. Garion and Inuyasha both have some issues to work through. At least Inu has his brother to pull an intervention on him. Talk about your tough love!(It strikes me that the way the guys handled their problems, drinking and/or fighting, is true to life, it reminds me of some of my friends in our younger days!)Seems Sesshomaru has worked through a few issues of his own. Now I'm really wondering what the cause of this little stroll down nightmare alley was. Also just what your fertile imagination has in store for Rin. The fight between Inu and Kagome was a great way to show that even though he is growing up he still has a long way to go. He may mean well by being so protective, but his method of demonstrating it needs some refinement. Still, it is part of what makes him Inuyasha. Enjoyed it to the last.

Great chapter. Loved the way Inuyasha and Sesshoumaru could banter in the middle of a fight. And you captured Mandorallen's personality perfectly, he's probably the only person other than Barak who would actually be pleased that they were fighting bandits. Keep up the great work.
