just found this story...absolutely loved it!! its one of few inuyasha/kouga( is it really one neway?), that is brillinantly writen! kouga has stayed absoultely in character, even though he *is* starting to get used to the situation.
im hooked to this story!! i notcied though that you havent udpated for a long time..i hope you are.. i cannot bear the thought of not knowing how this ends up..so, update sooon!!

hope you haven't forgotten the story,though i understand its probably fighting for your time.

well if/when you decide to update i promise to review though i'm not exactly saying anything useful except that this is my favourite inuyasha story!

*squeee* Wow, an update. I haven't been around AFF in ages, because of real life and them switching servers and whatnot... but I'm so glad I wandered back! The latest chapter (13) was especially wonderful, and real. I love how you are constantly showing the struggle between intellect and instict. This story just keeps getting better and better!! And good thing that Kouga finally accepted it and submitted fully... it will makes things easier for him now. But he's so confused... *snicker*

I don't believe that you have changed Kouga's character all that fast. He's just trying to do what he can to minimalize the pain and to keep Inuyasha aways from Kagome. So that is something that you don't have to worry about. And, I do think that you've taken it at a nice even pace. So, the fic got away from you, did it? Well, I don't think that it was such a bad thing. It's going great so far.

I find this fic quite intriguing and love the way that you have had the characters revert to canine behavior. It's kind of sad that Inuyasha has to run around with a raging hard-on all the time. Heheh. Makes for more fun for us though, ne? It's about time that Kouga relaxed and got something out of this for himself. I'm hoping that he actually gets to the point of willingly initiating sex with Inuyasha. That would be an enjoyable lemon.

Ah. It appears that either Inuyasha is learning to deal with the demon side or the rut is on the cusp of waning. His show of thoughtful intelligence was refreshing. His battle between rut lust and blood lust was described in such a way that it was exciting just waiting for him to lose it. I loved the way you described him hunting fish. It was so vivid. I prefer swimming underwater and can envision how his hair appeared while he floated. Then the rush of water as he came bursting from it...I could see the spray coming down and the water glistening in his flying hair and off of his body. Beautifully done. Inuyasha's care with Kouga was touching, yet the beast thrashing beneath the surface thrilling in the expectation of violence. Great concept there. Kouga, having a battle with himself to not give in to Inuyasha's newfound form of dominance, was really cute and amusing. You had built up the expectation of viewing the effects that his response to this new treatment would bring. However, instead, we had a watchers view and were kept out of Kouga's experience. That was disappointing. But, I can see trying something new. Could you maybe bring us back to Kouga's POV on it, perhaps through musings? Yeah, I know that it is a request. It doesn't hurt to ask, ne?

There was one area that you might want to look at. There were sometimes changes in POV mid paragraph and I got confused in those areas and had to read them again in order to sort it out. It could be cured by simply starting a new paragraph. I suspect that your mind was thinking faster than your fingers could type. Heh, happens to me all of the time.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY! Chapter thirteen was marvelous just marvelous. That voyeuristic scene as well as the changing feelings and actions was brillant. I can't wait for the next chapter. Your story is so awesome with all the realistic reactions and taking time to change their feelings and attitudes toward each other. I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! I LOVE IT! And the sex scenes are so brutaaly raw and sensual, oooooh! Yummy! I have nothing against PWP stories (quite like them in fact) but it's nice to have a real story to read as well, especially if you don't have to wait forever for the sex! Well thanks for your beautiful new chapter, please update as soon as you can!
