YM,
The "pure fluff and lime" was tenderly written. For some reason, "fluff" is more meaningful in an InuYasha fic, because he always attempts to avoid any vunerability. You did such a great job making it believable. It was a nice reflection of Kagome and InuYasha that he worried about his youkai actions and she worried about her purification actions, and the complications from their feelings of guilt. I liked the "never give up" confidence scene. This is a given to anyone who reads InuYasha, but few writers ever mention it. You know my favorite scene was the lap scene; from the scent searching- navel licking, to the kissing scene. You really know how to get the emotions over to the reader. (Fans face again like the southern belles do!) The part that cracked me up the most was, ". . . woke up and opened your big, fat mouth . . .," (snigger, snigger.) I want you to know that I consider the stopping at the bathroom to be a possible cliff hanger. Sounded innocent . . .but . . . Thank you YM (and TruSurprise-Beta Extradinaire,) Cynbad146

Hey nice chapter. Sorry it took me so long to read it. School and then the holidays and then school again, and always work. But anyway, I liked the chapter. Kags and Inu, poor souls need to talk to each other!!! I see there is another chapter, so sorry this is short, but I want to read it while I have time! Thanks!

Aaaah! I luv it!!!! Nobody died -- though I think everyone
learned their lesson for the time being... Everyone except
Sango and Shippo are now delirious! That was a very powerful
climax between Inu and Kouga and Kags; totally worth the
wait. And I totally am not disappointed. Loved it with a
capital L.

Thank you for your very kind words. I was having a really hard week and your update has been the first good thing that has happened. I really, really enjoyed your update (like a ray of sunshine)! I cannot imagine a more intense LIMON then the last one. I am looking forward to that. You are definitely talented in that area of writing. Overall, what I would tell you regarding this chapter, is that, eventhough it was more action packed than conversational, what really got me was the vivid descriptions and feelings during the various scenes. When you were referring to TruSurprise helping with the fight scenes, I wondered if TS was helping in the choreographing of the fight scenes. (You are good in sharing the credits for the story with her.) Scenes and words like "he flexed each finger, causing each of his claws to lengthen;" "murderous, smoldering glare;" the body slam by Kagome to InuYasha; the really vivid speech that InuYasha gives about his dream/nightmare with Kikyou; and last, but my favorite, the purification scene. It was soooo intense. Yes, I loved it! I really got a kick out of, "Oi . . . Miroku . . .you alive?" "You look like shit." Also, "Oi, I can't smell it but I can hear you crying, so stop it . . ." The humor is a nice touch when there is so much angst going on. Lets my heart rate catch up. I sure wanted to know what Sango told Kagome regarding Youkai mating info. The only negative thing that I noticed was one word missing in a sentence and one misspelled word. No need to mention, you always backtrack and correct later. If there were other glitches, I did not notice, because I was enjoying myself too much. Good stories are worth reading more than once and I ussually always read yours again! I'm a fourth of the way through and I am LOVING this fic! There is such incredible tension but not so much that you give up. It teases. :-) Beautiful job!!! Okay, now back to chapter 6.

Well--I must say this story is probably my favorite on-going IY fic. I think you've nailed Kagome and IY's personalities, and made it seem feasible that they've talked about (as IY puts it) "mushy crap." ^_^ This is probably the first story I've reviewed in three years or so, and I only did because I was overcome by the greatness of it. I like how you've handled youkai IY--and he's quite sexy of course. I can see why you were nominated (and won?) at the IY Fanguild. There aren't too many well written IYKag pairings, or IY epics out there anymore. You are an oasis in the desert, my friend. I think the writing style is on par with Ookami-chan's Turnabout (a compliment of the highest order.) Keep it up.
