I'm glad Koga finally learned his lesson, with a lot of help from Sesshomaru. I think it works well how you wrote it that Koga didn't know Sesshomaru before hand. In the series, they know each other very well, since they're both lords. And they encountered each other before in the series, some time after Sesshomaru revived Rin. I'm glad he understands Kagome's obligation to her friends and Inuyasha. Her sense of duty to the Shikon no Tama wouldn't allow her to concentrate completely on her relationship with Sesshomaru. He is much like her in that regard. Of course once her obligation is fulfilled, she can be with him as his mate totally. Even though they are apart for now, I have the feeling that Sesshomaru won't be that far away from her. I'm glad she's beginning to realize Sesshomaru has feelings for her, but I think it would mean a bit more if he actually came out and said it. But with his pride, who knows besides you if he will or not. I can't wait to see what happens next. I'm also surprised Inuyasha hasn't realized that Kagome is mated to Sesshomaru. He knows something's going on, and that she's mated. I'm guessing it's like Sesshomaru said, Inuyasha is slow.
