Wow! What an awesome one-shot! So poignant - so powerful. I really, really loved it. There's definitely not enough good Miroku/Kagome stories around, but this is one of them.

i really liked your story. and in my opinion it was made a million times better with the simple adding, at teh end, when miroku says he loves her. it just makes the story better than it would have been had you not added that. :) it was very sad and im glad that they will be happy, though maybe not in a complete way, and in perhaps a subdued way, but they wil be happy. :)

i really never thought of it ending like that but it is a possiblity. it made me cry. i think that you are a great author. wow. WOW! that just about all i can say. i reall really loved your story. it was defintly different ending but it does not seem all that of a bad way of ending. ^_^

This was a beautiful, poinant story. I was misty eyed. I'm gald, even through such sadness, came happiness. This transends the measly 5 stars. I only wish I could give you more. Fantastic work!

Wow... that was very well writen and flowed very nicely great job!!! and I so love that it ended happy for those two atleast I hate the others died but I guess it had to be and Sesshoumaru... I love how you made Miroku's life his payment for the sword because you know he wouldn't just save some one out the blue... KILLER JOB!!!!.... Mules
