What an amazing fic. I follow 'Dog Skin' religiously, and I can definitely see your same style infused in this piece. You have a very unique voice; it's adventurous and carries the same lofty grandeur as any substantiated fairytale, but interweaves modern nuances of dialogue and character portrayal. Combined, it's effervescent fun. You definitely have a knack for taking the fairytale aspect of Inuyasha to the next level. I've never read any other author's work where they can combine traditional western stories with Inuyasha so effortlessly.
I just realized I hadn't even begun praising the hot action! I swear to you that I haven't read a lemon this steamy in a good long while. Again, your language is both bold but tender. I particularly love the way you handle Inuyasha. You manage to keep him in character while still exploring his emotions in a solid, believable way. My only beef, and it's not really a beef considering the title (which I ADORE) and the fact that you need some antagonist, is that Kouga is the bad guy. In a sense he's not bad, just a demon acting as a demon should (and God bless Kagome for *still* understanding this even after what he did to her) but I hate to see a good character turn bad. But really, that's just me sulking...his role in the story was not only needed but was the perfect catalyst for tension and discovery. And who am I to complain about a little Kouga/Kagome lime after all? ^_^
All in all this story was brilliantly written, and while I agree that this particular fic is pretty much finished as it should be, I can't wait to read more of your work.

It was a very good fic, thanks for writing it, and write more I always enjoy reading. For your first fic you're really good at it, hope you update soon, cant wait to read more of it.

Really great job -and I can't believe it's your first fanfic...meaning, it was really well written. I'm still shaking my head over how fitting the Little Red Riding Hood tale is when adding the Inuyasha cast! Down to the wicked wolf!
I'm glad that you let Kagome be assertive...she basically put the movn Inn Inu...and yet, it wasn't done in a way that seemed wrong considering she had been attacked by kouga earlier. You did a great job depicting her thoughts so that her actions made sense and didn't seem implausible.
At any rate, I'll be looking for your next fic. Hoply, ly, the'll be a nice Inu-Kag in that as well (hint hint) :) I'm just nuts about that pair!
