O_o girl, i so though that the assassin was Kagome. when you popped her into the frame, my head spun! wow. i'm only up to chapter three, and wish i had more time to read, but i don't. :-( so, until next time, your story is going good, i feel so bad for inu. is it bad that i feel awful for kikyo dying? poor girl had everything in the world going for her then bam! (quite literally). it was engraved? wow. that...sucks. can't wait to figure out who the assassin is; i have my idea but i'm not saying. not yet at least. ^__^

Chapter 1
Wasn't Inuyasha the original target of the assassin? Why? Will she get paid more because she made an additional hit? Why is she an assassin in the first place. Isn't AssAssin a funny word?
Chapter 3
I find it interesting that you have Kaede as a youth in this piece. Very interesting. I like what you have done so far. Onto other chapters.

Chapter 4
Excellently fabulous chapter. Inu's attempted suicide and Kagome's reaction were sad and completely wonderful. Inu's reaction to waking - thinking Kagome was Kikyou, Sesshoumaru was a drooling angel, heaven wasn't blue - was actually pretty funny, but the depth of his sadness once he truly came to terms with his fiancee's death was heart breaking.

Inuyasha is an ass who does not deserve Kagome. So is Kag's going to get together with Inuyasha or Seshoumaru? I don't know if the I/K stands for Kikyo (hag) or Kagome
