Thank you so much for the update! I love how your chapters are so long, they are certainly a pleasure to read. I think you did well in keeping Sessy in his character, allowing for the changes raising a daughter can cause.

Conratulations on your wonderful work! I look forward to the next chapter!

I don't have a problem with Sess' personality. I think it suits him to a tee. As for his "boyish" treatment of Saraku, Rin, herself, was a tomboy. If it was good enough for Rin, it's good enough for Rin's daughter. You did a really good job with all the characters, and I especially enjoyed the comedic bits. Totosai was hilarious! Oh well, keep up the good work and update whenever you can--theMaven :)

I find myself so thoroughly satisfied after reading every chapter. Meeting Saraku was a great pleasure indeed. Rin witsecosecond child on the way was a nice surprise and even better was the attention paid to and on Sesshomaru. I perhaps like best about him the fact that as a reader, I can feel and almost see his sense of depth and thinking. He's quiet, not much on words, but yet he says so much and each action is a strong statement in itself. I do think he is written very much in character - he has changed and raising a daughter first before a son has a lot to do with that. He's the same Sess we know but there is a underlying sense of pride and sensitivity that is really fresh and I appreciate that :-)

I think that you presented Sesshoumaru character perfectly. I know that in the series he is protrayed as this heartless demon, but
I think that everyone underestimate him as well as he never was a predicament that requires him to care for someone.
As for treating his daughter like a male; I think it has to do with Rin and her ordeal. He wants to make sure that his daughter never go through
what her mother has went through. He had lost all sense of control which in many ways could have killed him; so he treats her
like a boy so she will always be able to protect herself. As for Inuyasha's daughter. She need to meet Rin in the
future so that she can explain to her the consequence of not fighting back, not being prepared and being passive. Update soon.

Do not change Sess character for nothing girl. I like him just fine. Just the idea of him grabbing Inuyasha by the
neck for insulting him was proof that you did not change him to much. I like how he was affectionate (as affectionate as
Sess get) towards his daughter. I always tht het he had that in him and his daughter will bring that out because shoks oks
so much like Rin. I also know that beside her mom she the only one that can read him like a book.
As for Saraku, she being jealous of her new silbling is natural, but I think that because the sibiling will be male, she thinks that
her father and daughter realationship will change. She might have to the 'lady' she is meant to be and less of a tom boy. I hope
that Inuyasha daughter will start to fight back as well. And what is this thing that Sess wants Inuyasha to stay for? Update soon.

So . . . that's why Sess didn't return to Rin.

It seems like everything's off to a good start. Babies are always fun, and given the nature of your last story, I WAS expecting a girl. Someone else Sess has to look after and protect, now. But can he watch out for her better than he believes he watched out for Rin? Only you know the answer to that . . . hehe ^__^

Ahh...new adventures with the old Rin and Sesshoumaru I've grown to love and admire from your writing. Naturally, the first chapter is mostly just a recap for those of us who read True Companion, but I think it really adds something to the experience at the same time since there wasn't too much Sess POV in the first one. I can't wait to see where you are going with this one. Good luck with your evil paper!
