I loved this, loved this whole story, all of the chapters, but it's driving me mad.. you never said who she ended up with.

P.S. I hope it was Kouga.. I believe if I had to guess, I think it was.

Maggz- you're a great author. i love your lemons and the way you write in general. However, with that said, I must confess:
That ending was a total cop out.
It was taking the easy way out of having Kagome choose and I hated it. I feel like the whole issue is unresolved and i am just totally NOT satisifed. Now, I'm not saying the story wasn't wonderful. the fact that i'm so upset is proof right there that it was amazing. I'm just really...dissapointed.

So did Kagome end up with Inuyasha or Kouga 'cuz I'm still not sure who she's engaged to. You didn't say the guy's name? AWESOME story though!!!!

I love the story but, who did she choose?

OMG!!

Oh hunny its the end of an amazing story! And I think you did a fabulous job. It was frustrating at first because I didn't want to have to choose who it would be either, but why should we expect you to? Heh if anything I see how it's even harder for you to choose a character after all you invested a lot into this story.
But I have to go with my gut and think its Inu. I don't think Kouga would be able to go looking for her because he sent her away in the first place telling himself he would accept whatever she choose. Kouga would most likely think she knew what was best for herself and as much as he'd hate it respect her decision.
Inu on the other hand is her lifelong friend with no problem to meddle and chase after her if he thinks she's doing something wrong, after all he did when she started to date Kouga. I don't think he would give up easily at all and wouldn't take no for an answering knowing she still loved him. He's pushy and so stubborn heh.
So there's my PERSONAL theory on who that was! Oh the closure...hehe well I still love this story more than anything. So yay! BTL is over! Not sad but happy! It was a great ending. :]

Well, I just finished reading the epilogue.....for the second time. It's almost 5 pm here. I started around 2. I have come to an interesting realization....I think I may hate you.
Now before you delete this, or throw it aside as a flame, understand that hate and love are kin. I have spent the last 3 hours sympathizing first with InuYasha, then with Kouga, for a few minutes with Sango even, and then repeated it all again. I have cursed the very ground that Kagome walked on, forgiven her, and then cursed her again. I don't think I even left out her art teacher on that particular set of rantings.
When I started reading this I thought it was going to be a nice little AU lemon with K/IY or perhaps K/K. I knew when you put K/I/K that you didn't really mean a threesome, but a triangle. I was cool with that. But as the chapters moved on, and the sorrow increased and the sexual tension flared, I wondered if perhaps it would be a threesome. 'herm... ok... The writing style is good, the storyline is good and it flows, the characters are believeable as she has written them...I'll keep reading just until something resolves...' I thought. FOOLISH ME! It didn't resolve. By Chapter 20 I was fairly indignant with myself for this torture I was putting myself through. I will admit, I cheated. I read the epilogue. I thought, 'I see Kagome. I can't tell who HE is. DAMN!' So I went back to chapter 21 and decided that I would read the rest and find out who HE was. First I thought IY, then Kouga, then IY, then Kouga. Will this author quit tortureing me?
I think I understand what you did. Don't give a name. Let the reader decide, in their own little hentai hearts, which of your suitors traveled the world to find his lady love. Let the reader decide which ship he or she wants to ride in? Was it Kouga, who has already shown himself to be a traveler, and who wanted find out what she really wanted? Was it InuYasha, who had known her every day for the previous 12+ years and finally snapped when he had lost her for a year? Was it Kouga, who was her passion, her awakening into the raw sensuality of womanhood and for whom she was healing? Was it InuYasha, who was her soul, her foundation during the storms of her life and for whom she had been a rock?
Arggghhh! Foiled. Foiled again by the author! Should I damn her to the pits of hell or should I write an essay in the review on why she has tortured me. (can you guess which I picked?)

Well, if you can't tell, I really did enjoy the piece. Well thought out and tempting. There were a few times where your spell checker/beta pulled a homonym on you, but all in all the grammar and spelling were good.

I'm probably going to be the only one to say this, but I think it's Kouga that comes for her. While was a Inu/Kago shipper in this story, I just felt like it was Kouga. This is because of chapter 25: "Coming inside of her was the sweetest thing he’d ever known. Filling her with his seed, knowing she’d come as well. He couldn’t have asked for more. And yet he could’ve… He just wouldn’t."

It made me think that Inuyasha just didn't want to put her through so much anymore, that he had some kind of closure and that he could finally let her go. But if not that's not the way that was supposed to be taken, then oh well. :3

I love the story, but tell me: who did she end up with? Did you have a specific one in mind, or is it up to us to guess, or can it be who we just want it to be?
